WHY DO WE CALL IT MAGIC?

With the vibrating Magic Screed, concrete levelers can cover an area 4x larger than with the traditional method – with less workers and less effort!

CONVENTIONAL METHOD

10 h.

For 5,000 ft²

(465 m²)

MAGIC SCREED METHOD

7 h.

For 20,000 ft²

(1858 m²)

1. CONCRETE PLACEMENT

Use rakes to spread the concrete as evenly as possible

over the work area. Avoid leaving excessive buildup or voids.

STEPS: CONCRETE PLACEMENT

2. LEVELING POINTS

Mark 4 leveling points, spaced according to the blade length. These points will define the slab’s elevation.

STEPS: LEVELING POINTS

3. MARKING

Use the Magic Screed to level the area between the leveling points (X) on both sides of the central, unleveled section.

STEPS: MARKING

4. LEVELING

With the help of 1 or 2 rakers, who add or remove concrete as needed, screed the prepared section of concrete. Repeat for each sections.
